Now when our President and CEO was asked if it might be at all, and in any way, possible to include a Job Connection Feature on this social enterprise business Concern's website, I (virtually) stepped right in, spoke right on up, and said: "Why sure! That's what alter egos are for!" So, let's go."

Jobs, jobs, jobs. Let me say that again, and please tell every young person you know. This, is a Brand New Year, and the song I hope to sing, is quite the polar opposite of  "Bills, bills, bills". On the one hand, everybody needs one. On the other, nobody wants the one they have. Go figure, but BNHD™'s Career Corner [CC]™, is a great way to keep a micro-view on Employment Trends, inside our Buffalo Niagara Region. Or, inside our city. It's just important for young folks to have some variety of (healthy) productive focus, and with all the jobs abounding, right now, a view to a Clean, Renewable Energy, Green Sector profession Future, is just what the doctor ordered. Or, needs to. 

Questions: Wouldn't it be 'something' if our Community could be rallied to approach STEM and STEAM oriented Employment Opportunity, as the 'wave of the Future' (but happening right now) development that it is? Do you know that there is a segment of our East Side Buffalo 'village' that is under-aware of front-of-the-line, head-of-the-class, world-class Workforce Development Locations, that are virtually in our backyards? 

All the above needs to be addressed, and if any circumstance is amiss, then that must needs be rectified, and immediately! 

Parting Thoughts

Northland Workforce Training Center is a job training site that has important relationships, with employers, with colleges, with networks that a Community's young persons should not be without. When's the last time our Community, or Region, for that matter, was in the midst of a vibrant, booming, advanced job skills training, and available positions: environment? CAC is going to try to help bring our Community's (most) marginalized individuals', and households', awareness levels, toward a more accurate, more clearer: view. 

I'm going to be praying that Career Corner™, and BNHD™, and all the other services, and programmes, receive an Opportunity to do some of (all) the necessary work that is so (very) seriously needed to be 'performed'. This, is an 'everybody in, and nobody out' timeframe and juncture. It is time to 'show-up', but not show-out'. I'll be 'here', on this e-Jobs & Careers Bulletin Board, and which will be updated on Saturdays. That'll be I, Ms. 'Saturday Mornin' Josefina, and I am happy, to participate in 'serving' you.
