The Buffalo Renaissance. It's Happening: Here, and Now.

Truly. The renaissance that is presently taking place in Buffalo, has been a (very) looong time coming. It's been advancing, slooowly, but steadily, and outwardly, from the city's Central (i.e. Downtown) Neighborhood core, and for well over a decade. Market-rate and Affordable Housing Development,  (outer- and inner-core) Neighborhood Commercial District Re-development, Historic Architecture Revitalization, Mixed and Adaptive Reuse Projects, (epic) Workforce and Waterfront Development, Neighborhood Beautification Grant Initiatives, Block Club Formation Guidance, to cite a few instances; and too, (very) critically  Infrastructure and Economic Development investments, on the part of (both) the U.S. State of New York, and, the U.S. Federal Government. It all adds up to "now", right "now", being a (truly) great time to bank on Buffalo. (Absolutely no pun, is intended, by that expression). This is far too serious a Matter.

Buffalo is, indeed, 'on the move', and there's no time like the present, for taking steps to make the most of the wonderful and amazing slate of opportunities, that are abounding, at this hoped-for and momentous juncture. Whether you, or anyone(s) you know, may have heretofore been marginalized, underserved, unemployed, underemployed, unskilled, disadvantaged, etc., the time is (literally) "now", to turn back the tide of disconnection, misfortune, discouragement, lack of confidence, what have you, and (seriously) strive to make an effort to (truly) take heed of Progress' clarion call. Seize the moment! Do not tolerate (even) yourself, let alone anyone(s) nearby, to be, or to remain, unaware(s), a second longer than right now. There are some (very) high-quality opportunities 'out there', in Buffalo. Friend, there is hope, even if you are a young adult who does not even have your G.E.D., yet! If, you are willing to get enrolled in a ('here-to-career') training programme, and (you) are willing to work hard, and stay on course with your training, and are ready to apply yourself, you are living in a season where the job arena in these United States, contains real-world, successful, companies that will invest in your future. They will help you learn everything you'll need to understand, "how" to work in a way that will lead to a career, at their Firm. They will pay you, while you learn such. They'll assist, and support, your determination to earn any and every certification you'll need. Consider this: CAC regularly encounters (legitimate) companies that will not only pay a New Hire Individual during training;  after its successful completion, the Firms start those New Employees off at earning well over $40,000, annually. Two such companies, one local, one soon-to-be, each cited the potential for a New Hire, who successfully finishes his/her training period, have potential for a New Hire to earn as high as $60k-80k, per year! Seriously. 

(I was tempted to enroll myself). Really.

Northland Workforce Training Center [NWTC]

This place is outstanding. (I could do this all day, Everybody). The Northland Workforce Training Center, or NWTC, is an inner-core Buffalo Neighborhood-based, multimillion dollar, Advanced Manufacturing: Education, Training, and Job Referral Location. You'll find it easily enough, as it's situated right smack-dab in the 'heart' of Buffalo's East Side/East Buffalo Community. NWTC has an established Strategic Partnering Approach, and including, a (thorough) relationship with SUNY Alfred State College, and other "they mean business" Higher Education sector partners. Moreover, NWTC also has positive and promising relationships with Faith and Community-based entities. There is, literally, "no excuse", for residents of Buffalo's East Side/East Buffalo Community to not know, or to not be aware and make ''use', of the existence of the NWTC. The life transformation potential of its Workforce Training and Educational Program offerings, are not to be discounted, they are not to be downplayed. It is a Student Aid-eligible, "good paying" Job-learning, Professional Occupation Training: City of Buffalo Community and Neighborhood Location. Persons willing to apply ourselves, and who wake-up determined to obtain. Walking in awareness that doing well 'there' might help set one firmly onto a pathway leading toward Occupational, Vocational, and Educational dreams and opportunities becoming made true, seems like a pretty strategic you'll do your own, and our Community's, Success potential, a whole wide 'world o' good'. Visit it. See it. Prove it, for yourself. If you have children, grandkids, are a 'kid' at heart yourself, and/or plan on becoming a parent anytime in the foreseeable Future, please encourage he/she/them/they, yourself, to enroll in a Job Training Programme that is centered on the Manufacturing and/or (otherwise) the Production, of Electric Power: asap, and stat. Truly: immediately; and, including: Electric Battery Manufacturing and/or (otherwise) Production-related. 

Hint: Electric Battery manufacturing, and electricity-powered Utility and Construction machinery, are what  Viridi Parente specializes in. Moreover, they are, reportedly, very successful at 'it'.
