It has become increasingly undeniable that The Creative Arts add more than just opportunity for personal, albeit, creative expression. They give voice to a community's cultural contributions, and cultural values. The East Side Collaborative Partnership is being formed as a ways and means of amplifying the voices of some of the City of Buffalo's most gifted and talented inhabitants. Not only that, the ESBCP is the (proposed) governing board of Youth Opportunity! Buffaloβ’, or YO! Buffaloβ’ Initiative, CAC"s visionary and "new way, new day" Positive Youth Development and "at-risk" Youth Leadership Transformation: Initiative. To learn more about YO! Buffaloβ’, and its (proposed) East Side/East Buffalo Youth Programme "home", click the "More" Tab, at the top of this website. Thank you.

Buffalo is 'on the move', and so too, is CAC. Fostering opportunities for increased Black and African American Urban USA City Residents' Participation is our business, and we are great at it!
